  • Aim of the Quality Management System to deliver reliable and accurate results using appropriate standards, procedures, chemicals, and calibrated instruments.
  • Compliance with managerial and technical requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005, including continuous improvement of the system’s effectiveness.
  • Top management authorizes the Chief Executive Officer to issue the quality policy and objectives after consultation.
