Can I test just a few parameters instead of the whole panel?+
Yes. On any package you can build your own panel — tick only the parameters you need and pay for exactly those. Or take the full package at its bundled price.
How does my sample reach the lab?+
At checkout you choose how it gets to us — a courier pickup from your address, self-ship, or drop it at our Coimbatore lab. After payment our team confirms the pickup and sampling details with you.
How long does testing take?+
Typically 5 to 10 working days from when the lab receives your sample. The exact turnaround is shown on each package.
How do I pay, and is it secure?+
Pay by UPI, credit/debit card, or netbanking through Razorpay. No account is needed — you check out as a guest, and we never see your card details.
Do I get a GST invoice?+
Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout and your tax invoice is generated with the correct GST breakup. You can download it from the Greenlink lab portal.
Where do I get my report?+
A detailed PDF report is available in the Greenlink lab portal once analysis is complete. Each parameter shows the result, the method (IS / APHA / EN), and the acceptable limit.
