1. Who we are
greenlinklabs.com is operated by Greenlink Analytical and Research Laboratory India Pvt Ltd (CIN: XXXX), a NABL-accredited testing laboratory at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. NABL accreditation number TC-12925. GSTIN: XXXX. Registered office address as published on greenlink.in.
2. Service description
We sell analytical testing services for water, coir, and other matrices published in our catalog. Each product page declares the parameters tested, the standards/methods applied, sample volume required, and turnaround time. Results pertain only to the sample as received.
3. Accreditation scope
Greenlink reports results under NABL TC-12925 scope of accreditation. Parameters falling outside the current accredited scope are clearly marked "non-accredited" on the product page and labelled as such on the issued report. The full scope is available at nabl-india.org.
4. Sample handling and retention
Samples must be collected per the published sampling guide and reach the lab within the timeframe stated for each panel. We reject and notify the customer of samples that arrive non-compliant (insufficient volume, leaking, decomposed, mis-preserved). Accepted samples are retained for 15 days after report issuance, then responsibly disposed of unless return is requested in writing.
5. Turnaround
Turnaround times stated on product pages are working days from sample receipt at the lab, subject to instrument availability and sample suitability. Delays caused by re-testing for QC failures or required confirmatory analysis are communicated by email.
6. Payment and pricing
All prices are in INR. 18% GST is applied per the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (HSN 9983). Payment is collected upfront via Razorpay. Refusal to pay before sample acceptance forfeits the order.
7. Liability cap
Greenlink's total liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the testing service is capped at the fee paid for the test that gave rise to the claim. We do not guarantee fitness for any specific regulatory, commercial, or legal purpose beyond the parameters and methods stated on the report.
8. Confidentiality
Test results are confidential between Greenlink and the customer. We do not disclose results to third parties without written customer consent, except where compelled by a court order, regulator notice, or where the customer has authorised disclosure (e.g. listing Greenlink as the lab on a BIS license file).
9. Disputes
Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Disputes regarding analytical results should first be raised by email to info@greenlink.in within 7 days of report issuance; complaint resolution is per our internal quality manual and ISO/IEC 17025 clause 7.9.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified by email to active customers. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance.
